low carb meals

I need some help, I'm having a hard time staying under on my carbs. Anyone have some good low carb meals?

    chicken breast stuffed with low cal flavoured cream cheese (ie-herb flavour) bake it and serve with asperigus (BBQ'd if you can very tasty) if you have extra cals put a piece of bacon on top of the breast.

    pancakes: oats, cottage cheese, egg whites, vanilla, blend in blender to make pancake batter consistancy and ta da!

    I don't know the measurements of the ingrediants but these are both south beach recipes. I would go looking on the internet for some recipes.

    no breading, no rice, no beans, no pasta,
    use low carb veggies,
    baked cabbage is great.

    try shredding a chicken breast into Josephs low carb pita. or a low carb wrap.
    italian beef over low carb noodles, or baked cauliflower.
    cut a head of cabbage in half, core it, take out several of the center leaves, fill it with meat and cheese, wrap bacon around it, hold with a toothpick , wrap in foil, bake an hour.

    scoop out a zuccini, fill the center with meat and cheese, bake

    line the bottom of a glass pan with about a half inch of burger meat, season and bake, when done, remove to a pizza pan or another pan, cover with a scant cup of pizza sauce, toppings, cheese, pop back into the oven and then heat till melty. meat crust pizza.

    take a bit of shredded parmesan cheese, and sprinkle it into a small skillet, let it melt, flip it over, lift if while it is still warm from the skillet and bend into a taco. fill and eat. no carbs.

    line several muffin tins with bacon, break an egg into each tin, bake till done. serve with sour cream and onions.
    hope these help. you have to tweak the fat if you are watching that as well as carbs, and you should. but its doable.
