Breakfast....

What does everyone have for breakfast!?

What would you recommend for a low calorie, healthy, long filling breakfast!?

  • I do egg white omelet and turkey sausage or I do oatmeal. Both give me energy for my workout and keep me full.
  • I have 2 weetabix with some hot skimmed milk and no sugat . Keeps me full for about 4-5 hours and it's only about 190 calories. Apparently weetabix release energy slowly. Certainly works for me :)

    If I do eat breakfast then I sometimes like to have 2 slices of toast (weight watchers bread totalling 96cals) with 2 scrambled egg whites using 50ml milk (totalling 90cals), so my total calories for 2 scrambled eggs on 2 slices of toast is 186cals. Love it! x
  • If I've done a workout then I'll have a protein shake and a banana, if not and I have lots of time I'll have scrambled egg on wholemeal toast or a boiled egg and soilders yum yum! :smile:
