Plateaued - experimenting with new Cal limit

For those that missed the original post, heybales posted info on calculating your BMR / overall calorie intake in a different way that can help especially if you're finding a plateau (like me. stuck on 61.2 - 62 kg for lat 2 months)

Won't re-write the whole thing, but here it is:

based on that, I've updated my cal output to 3237. Not sure if it'll work (numbers look enormous compared to a 1480 cal limit per day!), but if it works for me I'll post updates.
