I'm starting this one this morning! Lets see...
Starting (Jan.2)--174 pounds
Last week (Jan.22)--167 pounds
Today (Jan.29)--167 pounds
Valentines Day Goal--159 pounds
So, I did not lose anything this week. :grumble: I actually was down to 166 pounds last Friday but had a BAD weekend...a bachelorette party! But, I'm keeping my chin up! I have 8 pounds to reach my goal. We'll see how it goes!! Good luck to you all!!:bigsmile:

Another week down!
Starting weight 211 lbs
Last week 199 lbs
This week 199.5 lbs
TOTAL LOST: 11.5 LBS
Not really too upset about the .5 lbs gain. I was really, really sick with the stomach flu for two days the week before and basically didn't (couldn't) eat anything for two days.
Back on track this week. My original goal was to be under 200 lbs by V-day, but since I've met that goal, I'm resetting it for 195 by V-day.
I have got to get back to exercising!!!!!
Great job everyone - We are all going to look so hot for our honey's on Vday

Last week I was 181.5 this week 179.5! 2 whole pounds, I'm thrilled! Goal weight is 170...9.5 to go!0
