Hello, just joined and looking for support to succeed

I'm just starting and need to lose 55 lbs. I'm just looking for consistent weight loss until I reach my goal. I work from home so I have to push to do my exercise in the morning. I never seem to get to it during the day or at night. I purchased some 10 min exercise dvds. I am going to put them on my desk and insert one every couple of hours. I need to get up from this chair during the day.
