healthier candy bar? Trying to decide what to give up for Lent and my co-worker and I were talking about processed sugar items but that would most likely mean giving up my almost daily granola/breakfast bar.

Read the ingredients, my guess is that it does have some processed sugar in it.
Maybe replace it with fruit?0
