I have a big night out this weekend and I want to be able to let loose and have some wine. Can you bank' your exercise calories and withdraw them a few days later?

Babe....have some wine and enjoy your night out. I drink a 6 oz glass of wine almost every day. I do count the calories tho.
  • Cool, many thanks my friend

Log the calories, and if you're worried about it, compensate a little over the rest of the week. As long as you're basically on-target for your weekly goals, a day when you're a bit over won't do any harm at all!

I am a big believer that exercise is a dieter's best friend. If you have a big night planned, make sure you get a hard exercise in the morning of, and the day after. The damage is limited.

I LOVE a glass of red wine in the evenings. And I just make sure I've got the extra calories for it. Or if I want a couple glasses, I just make sure I get in a good workout that day. Plus, a glass of red wine is good for you!
