That your body just wants to stay at a particular weight? I've been playing with the same 5 pounds for a while. I've lost over 170 lbs and had a hard time keeping my weight much lower than it is now. I've been within 5 lbs of this weight for about a year and decided I'd like to go back down the 5 I gained plus another 10. I started Jan 1 and I'd like to get the last 9 lbs off but seem to be stuck. It's really no effort to maintain it. I hate to say it but is my mother right? LOL! She keeps telling me there is a point at which your body is comfortable and just wants to stay there and that's where you are healthist. To push past it (up or down) is not healthy.
