Got a Belly Pouch & saddle bags... ?

I need some excersise tips!

I have a "pouch" & saddle bag for lack of better words... how do i loose it? Any suggestions on excercises to target that area?

    You can't spot reduce, so doing 200 crunches a day isn't going to give you a lean tummy.

    You need to eat right and lift some heavy weights.

    Learn how to do: squats, dead-lifts, clean & jerks, push presses, bench press, snatches, over head press, bent rows

    Doing 100% cardio or 100% strength is not a good idea, Start with 70-30 strength/cardio and go from there.

    I started to notice a change about 4 weeks into doing MFP - increased my exercise and kept on an eye on my food. I know that you can't spot reduce but once you start to lose weight you can def target areas along with cardio. The main thing is that you need to get rid of the fat before you'll notice any changes.
