Refined Sugars

For those who cut out refined sugars, I need some advice. What do you avoid?

    This may sound like commonsense stuff but I stop eating:

    Creamer
    Any candy
    Most breads
    Yogurt
    A lot of dairy

    I use Equal anyway but I also buy sugar free Popsicles and stuff like that for the cravings.

    Oh and pasta sauces are loaded, so I am going to make my own.

    Here's what I avoid while following the South Beach plan:

    Any product that has added sugar in the first 3-4 ingredients on the label.
    High sugar fruits like pineapple
    High sugar veggies like beets
    White potatoes
    Anything with enriched wheat or flour as the first few ingredient (must be 100% whole grains)
    Yogurt that is high in sugar (I use Carbmaster)
