??'s about Food Graph-CARBS!

So after being very frustrayed with last weeks progress, I was looking at the Graph's of my tracked days and noticed that almost every day, I was over 50% CARBS, although I was under on the recommended grams most days for my Calorie Intake.

For all those succesfully losing at a steady pace, can you tell me what your Carb Intake is?

What are your thoughts on this?

I have done Atkins in the past, felt great, lost slowly, and was concerned with my overall heart health from all of the fat.
So gave that up and have just tried to limit my carbs, up until now when my focus has shifted to mostly counting calories.
Not to mention-I love chips!

    I am not losing steadily...but wanted to share that pepper strips are a great substitute for chips! I love them with hummus!

  • So are pepperoni chips (microwave slices of peppersoni for a minute or two until crispy) and Kale chips, which I have heard are good, but I have never tried them.

    Also, pork rinds and beef jerky (check label for beef jerky-sometimes added sugar)
