Happy weekend!!

I just finished BL Cardio 1-3 and it is such an exhausting (but exhilerating!) workout! whew!!

And i survived my first friday night of the challenge- got a great workout in and didn't even go over on cals on date night with my boyfriend :bigsmile:

Tonight i'm going to dinner and a movie w/ my mommy so think healthy thoughts for me. Luckily i have given myself a calorie cushion with my 589 extra exercise calories!

Hope to hear from you this weekend- hopefull a weekend thread will help keep us on track??

    Happy weekend! Thank you so much for posting this thread. I did a great last night too. Had a healthy dinner and did 45 mins cardio and 20 mins weights at the gym.

    Today I am going on a hike with hubby for a couple hours so that should allow for some yummy BBQ for dinner ;).

    Have a great dinner & movie night (i always sneak health snacks into the theater!).

    Great job so far this weekend!!

    Thanks for getting us started Shannah!!!! :flowerforyou: :heart: :flowerforyou: I definitely just needed to sleep in and lounge this morning.

    Just finished 'breakfast' at 2:14pm...3 eggs and toast. Probably not the greatest options but it was yummy. And I intend on working out later this evening. And definitely eating healthy the rest of the weekend.

    Last night I was out really late and realized at 1am I hadn't eaten dinner - so I was quite bad and stopped at Steak N Shake and got mini-burgers and fries. :noway: :embarassed: :grumble: :noway: WHOOPS! I was starving at ate it all. But when I weighed in this morning - no weight change from yesterday. So..I suppose it wasn't too bad, and I'll really watch my sodium/cals the rest of the weekend.

    Doing a family dinner tomorrow so who the heck knows what dad is making. :ohwell: I'll do my best and he KNOWS I need something healthy!
