I can't really afford a gym membership right now, nor do I want to spend money on a bunch of videos. Any good resources out there for a good exercise routine. I get outside and bike when ever I can, but this is Ohio, and you never know from day to day what the weather is going to be. Today it is raining, and well 30 degrees isn't very nice to bike in.

totally free two week workout. I've been doing this and it is a great workout, not as hard on the knees for me as 30 day shred, or other types of jumping around circuit training dvd's.
I love Chris Freytag, shes great, I miss Exercisetv on demand. Wonder what happened to that.
try this one for 2 weeks!0 -
I have found a few on Netflix, next question is how do you log them? I did 30 minutes (3 of the 4 sessions) of the 10 minute carb solution. Do you put it down as circuit training, or aerobic?0

Nike Training club - is awesome - there are 85 workout videos for FREE. And it feels like you are working out with a trainer. It is an App though not for use on a DVD player. If you have a smartphone, you should definitely try it.0

I like this site http://www.bodybuilding.com/fun/jamie-eason-livefit-trainer.html
and this guy on youtube http://www.youtube.com/user/MarksDailyApple.
the last has good instruction videos and diets stuff and a "primal community"0 -
Best online that I have actually done is on youtube (Zuzana Light) and of course BodyRock.tv but I have not liked Bodyrock as much w/o Zuzana on there.
They show you the workouts (usually 15-20 min) and then its up to YOU to put the effort in. You get what you put into it.
