Ok. I'm new to all of this and only 5 days into it. I have been doing my exercies everyday, and am not wore out at all. I have been reading that I should take two days a week off of exercise. But I really don't want to take time off. I have been increasing my workouts everyday and I'm afraid it will be hard to jump back in where I let off if I take a day off. Is it bad to workout everyday?

depends on how hard your working out, you want to give your body a chance to recover from what you did the previous day.. you can do legs one day, then arms the next or something like that.0
