Actigall

Diagnosed with Gallstones yesterday after severe abdominal pain landed me in the ER. I am told other than the stones, my gallbladder looks good (not diseased or inflammed) as does my lab work. Has anyone taken actigall to try to dissolve their stones? Anyone successful? Any unpleasant side effects? Thinking about trying this rather than just jumping to surgery bc I know there are issues that can persist even after the gallbladder is removed in some cases. Also never want a quick rush to surgery to be my first option unless my life is threatened. I am a nurse so I'm aware of how the surgery worked, post op healing, and success stories post surgery as well as those with ongoing issues. Mostly would like to hear from anyone who took actigall as a possible solution.
Thank!
