2 cups Ice
1/2 cup water
1/2 cup Sweetener (mine is a Walmart generic brand)
1 cup frozen strawberries (no sugar added)
Put the ice in the blender
Fill with water to the top of ice
Blend, and release the extra water
Add strawberries, water, and sweetener
Blend it all up and enjoy!
Only 50 calories, and fills a big glass.
It's not so much a smoothie though, its a modified Julius Drink.
But its so good if you like strawberries.0 -

bumpy bump
I've been making smoothies with banana (half to a whole depending on how calorie generous you can be), half a cup of mixed berries, cup of water or milk (milk is tastier), spoonful of yogurt (optional) and handful of salad greens. Get the ratios right and it's heaven in your mouth.0
