    I had griddled broccoli (no oil) garlic paste ad some low fat cottage cheese and some chicken breast! :)

    Today is salad consisting of kale, lettuce, cauliflower, broccoli, grape tomato and radishes.Plus a small bowl of homemade chicken and dumplings loaded with rutabaga, carrots, peas, a bit of corn, celery and of course chicken breast. Yum!

    Massive salad with peppers, mushrooms, cucumber, pepper jack string cheese, and chicken breast. Followed by sugar free Jello mousse with Redi whip. :-)

    Same thing I have most days - salad with Ovengold turkey or grilled chicken breast. Lots of veggies, some crunchies (I love salad topper stuff) and a little cheese. I can't say no to cheese.....at least on my salad.

    4 oz of Extra lean turkey breast, 1/4 cup of reduced sodium black beans, 1/4 cup of white rice, a 100 calorie wholly guacamole packet, and 2 tbs of frank's red hot sauce. DELICIOUS!!
