Hi I See all these post about lifting heavy, how ever my questions are,is this something that a person like me
5ft tall,195 lbs can do? Also I just started back into weights,I do a routine with the nautalis (sp?) at the gym
haven't been this week since I have been visiting my mom but I have done some free weights, how ever right now
I can only handle 5,lbs weights (in each hand) Is it okay to just start out small and eventually increase my weights?
