I looked a few pages thru and didn't see an answer to my question. How do you log calories burned for interval training? It's cardio but also weights. Today I did one with Cathy Syphers for 30 minutes.

You can log it under general circuit training under cardio if you don't have an HRM. I use my HRM to get the figure and then create a separate exercise for that one (since I do the same ones over and over usually).0

Thank you! I don't have a HRM and don't really plan on getting one right now. That's how I was logging it, so I'm glad to see I was doing it as accurately as I could.0
