Whipping my rear into shape!!

About 4 years ago I lost 33lbs. Now I have gained about all of it back :( I have been doing Zumba twice a week for that last 4 weeks. Yesterday I started back on South Beach Diet ( That's how I lost 33lbs). I am now comitting to exercising at least 5 to 6 days a week. I need some encouragement and support. I am married and have 4 sons. I grew up in a southern home where food is love!! You eat when you're happy, sad......oh shoot you just eat for any occasion. LOL It really hard living with all guys, who eat like horses and maintain their body weight just by breathing LOL :) I want to be the healthiest mother and wife I can be. So friend me :) I am also good at lending support because I have been there done that.
