Am I sedentary or lightly active?!?

So if I'm lightly active, I get 1420 cal. If I'm sedentary, I get 1280.

That loss of 140 calories makes a big difference!

I work a lot of shift work because I have about 4 different jobs... and am often sedentary at my main job. But as a hockey mom, EMT and volunteer... I'm on the go. I got off of a sedentary night shift job and have spent my morning cleaning my house, sanding stairs and doing renos. So which is it, lightly active or sedentary? Maybe I should just allow myself to go over on my really active days....

    You're most likely lightly active.
I've just recently got an activity monitor and I vastly underestimated my work load due to kind of descriptions MFP gives. Most days I come up as active as far as the cals I burn goes. I'm a bingo caller BTW.

You sound *not* sedentary to me. Either lightly active or active.

I would say lightly active. But when you're doing the hard work, like you said sanding the stars, out that in as exercise! You can eat back those calories :)
