Does anyone know of some Yoga type dvd's that REALLY get the IT band/hip/butt area? I am always having to stretch it out on the right side, along with my lower back. Seems I can never quite get in there deep enough to relieve it. (I suspect I might have a bit of sciatica (sp) going on)
I have the Stretch 40 that came with TurboFire and it is HEAVEN, but I want to beef up my library. I'd also love something that can help open up your upper back/neck area. That's where I hold all my tension and it's generally hard as a rock!
