I enjoy egg salad, chicken salad and tuna fish. would love some ideas for a healthier choice instead of using mayo.

Mayo is fine, just don't use gobs of it. You can also cut the mayo ratio and use 1/2 mayo and 1/2 plain Greek yogurt as a substitute.0

thank you. when I make my portion meal, I use a tablespoon of mayo. But I will try the greek yogurt. Any other suggestions or ideas are appreciated!0

This is a pretty straight forward recipe for chicken salad.

I cut the mayo in half and used Kraft Light.
I think it is plenty moist and comes up pretty good re calories and fat etc.
The sweet pickles were loaded with calories and so I drastically cut them.
That is what this sight does. It makes you think about what you are eating.
You worry about mayonaise and then realize you almost put 1,000 calories of sweetened pickles in your recipe.0
