Goals for next month

March is fast approaching, what goals do you have for the coming march? Get more physical? Weight loss goals? Habits you want to lose/develop? Are there mile stones in fitness you want to achieve? Change the way you think about yourself?

Please post your goals! and Hopefully we can all help each other achieve them.


My weight lost goal is 285 by March 21st. I want to do something active each day of the month for 20 - 60 minutes. I want to work on forgiving myself for bad days.

    My goal is to lose at least 6 pounds in March and at least try to workout 5 days a week and I am trying to start weight watchers again. We will see how it goes... but I get so pissed off when it doesn't go my way. I need to work on not giving up!!! :smile:

    I want to deadlift my own body weight (60kg - rounded up). I'm getting there, and think I can do it if I put my mind to it.

    My goal is to lose another 5 lbs in March. I also want to get back to 100% clean eating. No more processed foods!

    I don't know what your lunch breaks are like, or what work environment you have, but have you though about going during Lunch?

    this is one of my goals also, just so darn hard I get of at 430 for work and drink a cup of coffe and check my favs on the computer. What I need to do is get my butt and excercise.

    When I cut out fastfood and made all my meals at home I lost 20 pounds in 6 weeks! I am all for that goal! It is amazing how many calories you consumer when eating out.
  • In March I will be celebrating 40 at my fittest ever! Looks like turning 40 won't be so bad after all! :) My goal? To embrace 40, instead of continuing to tell the world I'm 29!! :)
  • I want reach my target of 133lbs by the end of March currently 135.8 so 3lbs to go. I have set myself fitness targets so last month acheived 18 hours of exercise in Jan/Feb want to do 20 hours in March :-) Good luck everyone with your targets, feel free to add me if you need any support

    I want to lose 10 lbs by the end of March (March has 5 weeks this year). I also want to go to the gym 4 - 5 days a week.
