Hi guys.
Came across this great site after looking for a calorie counter iPhone app. Great site for helping meet your fitness goals!
Although I have already managed to lose almost 3 1/2 stone since last October (see profile pics) I still want to reduce my fat levels and gain more muscle and am finding that the calorie counting and in particular the breakdown of nutrients (fat, carb, protein etc) is invaluable for helping me do this. Aim is to have a six pack visible by this summer and possibly even look into getting into the fitness industry somehow
Looking to continue using this site in pursuit of a healthier and fitter lifestyle so anyone wanting to share stories with regards fitness, training, healthy eating etc please add me as a friend...

Great job!!! You can add me if you'd like to. If you want to see cut muscles increase your proteins and cut out the dairy and fats. You'll need the good fats from avocados and nuts, but no fried stuff and bakery stuff... I think it's easier for men to get ripped anyway. Your bodies respond faster because women need the fat so our bodies tend to hold onto the fat as long as possible.. God bless!0
