You guys I just passed from being obese to being overweight (according to BMI.)

I know, I know, BMI isn't everything. But DAMN it feels good to shed that label!

I wanna cry. So help me, I will never be obese again.

Now- on to the next goal- HEALTHY BMI here I come!!!!!

    Haha! Congrats! Just passed that line myself last week. Feels so great to be overweight, huh? Woohoo!

    And, if you die your organs are more likely to be used in transplant surgery than if your BMI is in the 'obese' category (in which case they just leave them to rot:cry: )... that was really cool for me. :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou: :flowerforyou:

    Yeah for us overweighters! 'Normal' here we come!

    That IS exciting - just think of how much healthier you are, and how strong you are - girl, you RAN in a race!!!! You will see a BMI of 24.9 before you know it, and how knows how low you will go! You really are inspiring.
