I just got the BodyMedia Fit and I'm wondering what people think of it and how it has been working for them.
I used it for the first time yesterday and I had walked around the mall in the afternoon and took my Boot Camp class last night and it said: I burned 2895, had a deficit of 1669 and had 1:59 moderate activity and 9 mins vigorous activity and took 15,963 steps. I realize that yesterday would be a "high" activity level, but I was quite surprised by the # of steps.
Also, is there a number I should be subtracting (like my BRM?) from the "burned" to see how many calories I actually burned from doing "activity"?
Thank you!

I love the Bodymedia Fit! If you get the display, it has a trip button you can push to track a period of time.
