Enough for what? To lose weight all you need is a caloric deficit. That can be created by diet alone or with cardio or a combo of the two. MFP has already created a calorie deficit for you to lose weight without exercise (that's why you eat back the calories burned). So, if 30 minutes a day is giving you enough calories to eat so you don't feel deprived and it's helping you stay on track, then yes.
And I believe that at least 30 minutes of physical activity a day is recommended for cardiovascular health as well.0 -
