Hi Community
I just started with MFP. I have a 1200 calorie intake and have come short of not eating all my calories but I noticed a negative in the Protein category. Will this affect my weight loss if I'm over my carb or protein count while under my calorie intake?

In a general sense, no. This won’t hurt you at all. MFP’s default settings for protein and fiber are quite low. I actually try and exceed them every day (my diary is public, you can see for yourself). Other than that, I try to hit calories dead on and come under for carbs.0
