I hope this doesn't fall foul of the rules, as it really isn't my intent to upset them upstairs in suits :-)
Anyway http://bwsimulator.niddk.nih.gov/ a really really fantastic website.
I stumbled across this website last year when the Economist referenced it in an article on obesity. At the time I had only recently started my ascent from fat b-dom to something resembling a middle aged human male, and the timing was perfect. It is a very very cool and helpful website, which is both free and based on hard research (government and university) not feelgood marketing. Coincidentally this website is what the buzz in today's UK newspapers were referring to - typical UK press 6months late and not particularly when they do find itl!!!
