Larabar sugar

Options
Is there a difference between the sugers in larabars? Because some of them, like the chocolate chip brownie, has sugar in the ingredients, so is that sugar different from the sugar in the other larabars that dont have sugar in the ingredients?

I would assume that when sugar isn't listed it's naturally derived from fruit. Even natural sugar isn't great for you in excess, so just be mindful of how much you're consuming.

Even if they don't list sugar, you're still getting sugar from the dates they usually add to their product. It's not really any different as the fat and protein will offset any minimal difference you're going to get from the sugar.
