For anyone serious about burning calories and getting in shape i recommend the GSP Rushfit workout.

Big puddles of sweat and great if you are into MMA....

    GSP is my FAV UFC fighter! I love MMA do you think it would be an appropriate workout for a female as well? How long are the workouts?

    i do ufc trainer! and love it how much is gsp rush fit workout and is it on dvd or kinect
