Help!!

I did the Ab Ripper dvd from P90X on Sunday. It really hit my hip flexor muscles a lot as apparently they are fairly weak. They were pretty sore yesterday but felt better today. Still sore but totally tolerable. So I decided to do Ripped in 30 L4 for the second time. Apparently this dvd hit's the front hip flexor muscles more than I thought (wasn't really sore after the first time I did L4). Now I am dying!! If I sit for too long and get up to walk the front hip muscles are so sore and I can barely lift my leg up (like when putting on pants).
Does anyone have any stretching suggestions?? I know that I should probably wait until this soreness is nearly gone before I attempt to use these muscles again...right? But in the meantime I want to be comfortable too.
It is both hips and I know that it's muscle soreness and nothing like sciatica or something like that, I've had that problem before.

Uugh - that sounds miserable! You definitely should take it easy for a couple of days until the pain eases up a bit. Good luck!0
