I was feeling real stressed today after weighing myself. I thought it be a good idea to check my progress for the last 30 days. I was soooo disheartened to see that I only lost 2 lbs in 30 days.
I have been working out 6 days a week, 1200 net calorie goal. I've really reved up my attention to my diet and lifestyle.
Why does it have to be so hard? I've been working with MFP for a year, I've had some set backs sure, but nothing catastrophic.
I'm on 137 mcgs of levothyroxine.
Any constructive advice would be appreciated.

Look up coconut oil. Now, I just found out about this yesterday, but one of the positive things about coconut oil is it helps your thyroid. I can not tell you anything since I am ordering some...but I am excited to see if I get to lower my meds!!

It may not be just your thyroid. It may be metabolic syndrome.

I'm hypo too and I average losing 1-2 pound a month and consider that victory. Slow and steady wins the race. It's very frustrating, but tis what tis.
