I've been working out since Septemeber but this past month I started the INSANITY program and I'm on week 4....I'm currently on co-op for my program but I still work weekends at my part time job...this past Sunday I went in after a week off and I decided to wear my uniform shirt thats a size smaller (yay)...my twin works with me too and she told me my boss had commented on how great I was looking and that I looked like I've lost a ton of weight...my boss then asked me herself and I told her I'd only lost like 5pds, but I guess I had been losing inches instead....
This brought into focus about how the scale should be the least of my worries and that I need to stop obsessing over the numbers on it and just take a look in the mirror

Congratulation on your loss Lind3400. Keep up the good work. Losing inches and pounds of fat is way better than losing scale weight.0

thats great! I've lost about the same weight as you currently and have been losing and gaining the same 2 lbs the last month but have been consistent with my workout and hope theres a diff of inches if nothing else.0

I totally agree! I started about 6 weeks ago. I have lost just over 6 lbs and although I am pretty happy with that I was expecting better results. I took my measurements for the first time since starting today and I have lost 11 inches. I encourage everyone to take measurements as well as weight.0
