Can anyone please explain to me what my net calories should be at at the end of the day??? I have read so many different explanations, i don't know whats what!! My goal is 1400 a day, what should my net be in order to lose weight?? Does my fitness pal add your BMR into the equation already or should i add that also?? just lost!! Thanks Anyone!!?

Basically this means that you should eat all of your calories (the 1400) AND any calories you earn from working out. MFP already calculates the deficit you need in order to lose the weight you entered in.0 -

Well, what has been working for me is to eat my goal (net) calories of 1300 a day. If I work out and burn, for example, 600 calories doing Spin class, I will only add on half of those burned calories (in this case, an extra 300). But work-out or not, I never eat above 1600 calories a day....at least that's the goal.
I hope this helps, but everyone's metabolism is different. Be consistent and find what works for you! Good luck and keep us posted!0
