Fitbit troubles

Does anyone else have a fitbit? And if so did you have trouble getting it set up? I just got one today and can't get it to sync with the website. It throws an error and says something about a proxy. I am not sure what to do. I have contacted their customer support but it says they are really behind. I guess others are maybe having the same issue as I am. If anyone knows anything about this please let me know. :)

  • Try googling for fitbit sync problems. I know there are a lot of links that show up. Have you tried syncing with it on the base? do you get the same error?
