Alright here it goes i see all these different people talking about different oils to use. What is the healthiest oil to use for food? some people say canola, olive oil it is all so confusing so i want some people that have really looked into this to answer. I have looked at a couple and havent found anything that is different.

My favorite is EVOO, but I use it sparingly and usually is a subsitute for me if I am craving butter. It is amazing on vegetables that you roast or bake. And a little of it goes a looong way.0

There are older posts on this issue. Basically canola oil (canada oil) is made from genetically altered rapeseed. Rapeseed (prior to being genetically altered) is poisonous and highly allergenic. My chiropractor cautions against it. I personally love olive oil.0
