Vanilla Protein Bars

Options
2.5 cups 100% Whole Grain Quick Oats
1/2 cup Splenda
1 cup Fat Free Skim Milk
2 eggs Jumbo Eggs
5 scoops Vanilla Whey Protein Powder

1. Mix everything in a bowl
2. Spray 8x8 pan with cooking spray
3. Put mixture in pan
4. Bake at 375 for about 20 minutes
5. Cut into 9 pieces

Each Serving:
191 calories
69g Sodium
18g Carbs
20g Protein
4g Fat

If you add/change the recipe from above, obviously the macros are going to change. Also, you can use different flavors of whey protein, I had vanilla so I used that.

You can add berries or nuts, I just didn't have any and wanted to try this out. Messing around turned into something yummy!
