Since I have started on January the 3rd i have lost 19lbs yeah... But I think this is coming off just a little to fast, and it worries me i really havent exercised that much , becuase i have not been home and under alot of stress lately. There have been days where i probably ate quite a bit under my calorie intake but could not be helped , becasue of stress if i would have probably would have thrown up so choose not to eat .I know that probably lbs of this was water weight but still concerned things are starting to look up around here so will start exercising regular again, within the next couple of days. Anyone have any answers for this and should i be concerned.

I wouldnt be too concerned, in the beginning it always happens really fast- or so it seems- and then it tapers off a bit. Depending on how much you have to lose, it will come off faster if you have more to lose vs. less to lose.

I wouldnt worry too much unless the rapid rate continues for a long time.

Way to go though! That's awesome!

This is happening to me too, it's a nice kickstart to keep you motivated...unfortunately it will slow down! So no worries and keep up the good work!
