I weigh about 120 lbs but was around 110-112 about 2 months ago and would like to get back down to this weight. However, I've been trying different diet plans, and I don't seem to be losing any weight. I exercise almost daily, and don't eat over 1200 calories except occasionally. Sometimes I eat even less. I know my eating is slightly abnormal (sometimes I eat breakfast at 9 am and then don't get a chance to eat lunch until 4 pm) and I find myself hungrier in the evenings. Does anyone have any helpful tips? thanks

If you are exercising and still only eating 1200 calories your body is holding onto weight because you are starving it. Eat more!
  • I have been trying to eat more, especially earlier in the day, meaning at least a meal bar at lunch time if I don't have time to eat a sit down meal. If I begin to eat more, however, won't I begin to gain even more weight at this point?
