Hi everyone, I just started using this app after trying to lose weight for a month without actually going anywhere!
I'm trying to lose about 4-5 kg, and particularly targeting the butt and thighs - basically, excess weight gained recently that I want to nip in the bud!![:) :)](https://community.myfitnesspal.com/en/resources/emoji/smile.png)

Everyone will find motivation their own way, but I think of all the nice clothes I can't wear being this weight! I also just went to the doctor and found out my BMI and other measurements and that was motivation in its self! lol0
