I was just thinking about the times when we don't feel like working out (tired, not motivated, lots to do) and the thought came to mind that being dedicated to your fitness is as much mental health as it is physical. How much do you grow on the INSIDE as a person when you are able to shelf the excuses and get the job DONE. Now think how that can runover into the rest of your life too. Sooo, JUST DO IT.
