Quick Effective Exercise While Watching TV

My trainer has me do this, and I also do it every night while watching TV. It sounds super easy, but for me, it is difficult, and I have been working with my trainer for 9 months.
This is it: 5 deep squats; at 5th squat, transition to 5 squat-jumps; repeat sequence 5 times.
Do 3 sets.
Ouchie, and very effective.

nice! i might try that!....sometime. if i can still move after that, i might try push-ups &/or crunches (not that u can watch tv doing those) lol!
