I just want to know who out there forces themselves to eat when they are significantly under (for example, are only half-way to daily target), and how many out there dont eat unless they're hungry.

    I'm worried because I've been exeptionally busy this week with work and rehearsing a play, and I'm already 1500 under my weekly calorie goal. I'm set to 1.5 pounds loss a week, eating 1270 cal per day.

    I only eat when I am hungry.

    I am also wondering this. Sometimes things get away from you, or you are not able to eat because you are in class (me today) and your daily cal is then lower as you dont need to eat two meals when you get out of class.

    That was a lot of blabber, I hope you can make sense of it. I have been working since 9am and only just got home (6:43pm) and still have at least 4 more hours of work to do.
