As my friends already know I am craving a giant grease dripping juicy burger! And when I go home from spring break (3 weeks) I am going to reward myself with one! Calories are NOT an issue in this discussion xD

Where is your favorite burger place? (help me pick) lol

  • Fuddrucker's sounds really good right now, with the oozy cheesy goodness or like you mentioned in your status update, Five Guys is always a win.

In n out. Double double animal protein style
  • So far the only burger place I have ever been to besides Burger King was Red Robin once. And I got a veggie burger.

Was a vegetarian all during high school and didn't eat red meat until recently

red robin is great as far as chain burgers go. also, their onion rings and soup is stellar.

I'd find a local place. we have one, the burger dive. best I've ever had. brought several picky people there, serious about 'good' food ... and all have wanted to go back. generally, local joint is going to kill the chains every time.

Fuddrucker's is one of my FAVS! Oh those potato wedges...I want it now.

Five Guys is also excellent. The rest of the places on the top of my list are local.

For chains, In N Out hands down. Nothing else compares. Double double animal style. And don't forget to ask for stickers and a hat :D

But local joints are usually really good too.

I love the quesadilla buger from Applebees. Fudruckers is good too. My favorite place is this local drive-thru dive here in Nampa, ID called Wheelers. Oooey gooey goodness on a toasted bun. They fry the burger, use mayo to grill the bun, load it up with more mayo, lettuce, tomato, and onions. Gawd, now I want one and I gave up red meat and pork for Lent! Grrr....Day after Easter I think I'll be making myself sick with one. They are so big, I have to split one with my daughter

There's a place here in Miami called Burgers and Beer. They serve nothing but burgers, fries, and beer. If they have one near you, go. Burgers are expensive, but they use top-shelf Kobe and Wagyu beef. UNBELIEVABLY good!
  • I'm from Council Bluffs Iowa. Nothing there!

Will have to venture in to Omaha it seems to find something :D

^^^THIS, honestly, local dive places are probably by far the best for a big fat dripping greasy burger goodness

What state is "home?" That makes a difference. I would say In n Out but that is a West Coast chain. I plan on having an In n Out Cheeseburger animal style. Yum!

In the Midwest, where I am now, I would say Culver's. Or you could go classy and get a burger at a sit down restaurant locally. Medium burger, bleu cheese, caramelized onions...

This conversation is a bad idea :noway:
