How soon after you eat are you supposed to do cardio? I usually do mine at night after everyone is sleeping (I have 3 kids) but sometimes I get nauseated, (which makes me not wanna keep doing it) and I'm thinking it may be because it's been to long since I've eaten, but then again I don't wanna eat and then do it too soon and throw it all up.....so what is the average waiting period after you eat that you should do it? Any suggestions are appreciated.....thanks

well..if you are getting sick from exercise maybe there is something else going on. there is a thing called exercise inuced nausea.

i dont feel sick either way, if i wait a long time or go workout right after eating.

after eating, the only reason you'd wait is allow for nutrients to be absorbed to help you during your workout. usually about an hour is typical.
