These NSV's are more mental victory than anything.
NSV # 1:
Yesterday when I got home, all tired, I saw a small plastic bag at my apartments door handle. In it was a notification for lease renewal + 1 Take 5 candy bar. The first thought in my mind was "Ah F**k you mr. landlord" and then I calmly walked into my apartment, sat on my lazy boy while I opened the candy bar and threw it in the trash without even licking the damn thing. Considering the fact that I have a seriously sugar addiction, i thought it was a big victory
NSV #2:
Today, I cooked alot of delicious food in order to help me avoid eating fast food during the week. I cooked up a few dishes so I have enough food throughout the week. However, I ended up exceeding my calories by 360 over my calorie allotment from MFP. Typically, I woulda said "oh well, tomorrow's a next day. I'll catch up later on" but today, I got off my @$$ and used my stationary bike and peddled for 26 minutes recovering the calories I exceeded.
No more tomorrow. I am responsible for my actions TODAY. No more theory crafting, no more excuses, just get up and do it!
