Hi I have the womens SportLine Cardio 660 and sometimes it does not calculate calories burned!! I dont get what I am doing wrong with it. Ive read the manual and it does not say anything about not calculating correctly. I really hope its not just a piece of crap cause it was the only brand they sold at our fitness store and it cost me $60 I have only had it a week and this is the second time it has done this.

    Honestly, most Sportlines are crap.... and for that 60 dollars, you could have bought the Polar FT60 off of amazon.. with free shipping.

    See if you can return it and then buy one from Amazon.

    I have that one and not a whole lot of problems with it. I use it as a guide and not something that's completly accurate. Did you wet the chest strap before putting it on? That's key to using the monitor.
