i am level 3 qualified, undertaking a BSC in health exercise and physical activity. im also qualified to work with older adults and pre and postnatal clients as a specialist trainer. i also have a sports massage level 3 qualification. all qualifications are recent, im a happy easy going type of person however I also always strive to do my best and get the best possible results out of all clients - and i am very good at what i do.... just looking to see for interest levels mainly, as i am looking to start up my own business.
